I don't want 60fps though, I want 100+. It's a CS mentality.
I was worried because in general there will be more happening in a firearms game plus the maps look fantastic. As we know the source engine is quite cpu biased and my 2.4GHz would no way get me 100fps lol.
In dods I get more stable frames than css, despite the "busier" nature of the game and vastly better looking maps - so that's why I'm very pleased to hear the OB news.

Plus OB is meant to have better netcode. DodS, as well as being crap, is so different from css it's hard for me to be sure about that though.
