console commands?

I have a lot of different binds and tweak set-ups but I'm needing running into a few problems getting stuck because I don't know the console commands for certain actions. Such as how to bind a key to the voice command menu or to toggle fire mode. Is there a chance someone could post a full list of console commands for us to use. Sorry if this has already been covered, but I searched for a good while in the forums and came up with nothin. Thanks in advance

both the voice command menu and the firemode change don't require console commands, you can change them in esc > options > keyboard

is there a bind to the medic alternate skill, the hospice flag ?

I don't think there is, since it's a secondary function of the IFAK. that's kind of like trying to bind the bayonette on the AK47 when you don't have the AK47 out.
